I have been wanting to diversify the pet portrait side of my business for quite some time now. I wanted to offer something a little more unusual, something that didn't need wall space to display. After a lot of ideas and test runs, I decided on baubles. 

I have opted to use high quality, hand made, 9cm diameter ceramic baubles that I purchase unpainted. These are carefully sanded, primed and spray painted in your choice of background colour. Then, I lovingly hand paint the portrait of your pet in acrylics onto it. All baubles are then varnished in your choice of either a satin or glossy finish to ensure the paint is protected. 

These bespoke decorative ornaments are available with either silver or gold coloured metal tops, and there's also a choice of ribbons that can be added at no extra cost. They make wonderful keepsakes that are definitely not just limited to Christmas; perfect to honour current pets, or memorialise those no longer here. They also make very meaningful gifts for any animal lovers in your life.

As with my pencil portraits and portrait plant pots, I will need a good quality photograph in order to paint your bauble. I do offer postage, but please contact me for an up to date quote for this prior to ordering. Due to their delicate nature, they must be extremely well packaged and only sent by a recorded and insured service. Alternatively, I can deliver for the cost of fuel (distance depending), or it may be possible to collect from me in Birmingham.
