Coming from a background of drawing realism, I initially went into my apprenticeship hoping to one day specialise in black and grey portraits. However, working in a busy studio, I had the opportunity to try lots of styles and it quickly became apparent how much I enjoy working with colour!

I'm currently around 7 years into my tattooing career, and I'm enjoying the variety of work that I get to do: whether it's water colour, illustrative, blackwork or realism. I'm currently not based at a single studio, I am working regular guest spots at locations in Birmingham and Coventry. I love the challenge of a cover up piece, or reworking an old tattoo. So if you have an existing piece that you would like to change or jazz up a little - get in touch and I would be more than happy to discuss your options with you.

One thing I can say with absolute confidence is that my favourite subject matter has to be animals and all things nature, regardless of style. I am a huge animal lover (if that's not already been made abundantly clear!)  and have been vegan for the last 6 years. I always provide a completely vegan set up for my customers. I am also trying to reduce the amount of plastic I use as much as possible. Unfortunately, tattooing does involve using lots of disposable items as hygiene is paramount. However, I have recently made the switch to eco friendly plant based plastic alternatives for many aspects of my set up.

One of my favourite parts of tattooing is meeting new faces and having a good ol' chat to my customers. I give bonus points to any customers who talk to me about their dog(s) and can provide pictures of said dog(s).
